Eduardo “Lalo” Vargas announces his race on Juneteenth, in the spirit of our country's most fierce freedom fighters.  Lalo is running a socialist campaign with the Peace and Freedom Party to fight the private insurance industry, to investigate and hold corporate executives accountable for their crimes against consumers and to build a California where everyone is provided free and high quality coverage.
